Do you offer assisted living facilities at Strathclyde House?
We do not have an onsite care or nursing team at Strathclyde House. However, we do have various aids throughout our retired living development such as ramps and assisted bathrooms to help our residents. The local authority will provide ‘Care in the Community’ teams if more support is required.
Are the apartments at Strathclyde House furnished?
Our apartments are all unfurnished but come with a refrigerator, freezer, oven and hob in the kitchen.
Can I arrange a tour of an apartment and facilities at Strathclyde House?

Can I bring my pet to Strathclyde House?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at Strathclyde House.
Can my friends and family stay over at Strathclyde House?
Yes, Strathclyde House offers overnight accommodation available at affordable rates. We have a range of room sizes available and your guests can also enjoy the onsite facilities and free wifi too.
Do you have parking at Strathclyde House for my car?
Yes, we have ample car parking space at Strathclyde House for residents and visitors.
Is a deposit required to secure an apartment at Strathclyde House?
Yes, a deposit of £150 is required to secure your apartment.
